Full Reports and Basic-to-Full upgrades may include a Vehicle History Check with data provided by Experian.

Where an Experian Data Guarantee is included with that history-check data, the guarantee is provided by Experian, not by MotorIQ.ai Ltd or Should I Buy This Car?.

By buying or using a Full Report or a Basic-to-Full upgrade that includes Experian vehicle history data, you agree to the Experian Data Guarantee Terms and Conditions as part of these Terms of Service.

Experian terms define the covered data items, eligibility conditions, exclusions, claim process, duration, financial limits, indemnity limits, and evidence requirements.

If you believe there is an error in the Experian vehicle history data that may be covered by the Experian Data Guarantee, any claim must be made under Experian terms and through the Experian claim process. MotorIQ.ai Ltd does not provide a separate guarantee or indemnity for Experian vehicle history data.

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once a report has been generated and delivered.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving your report, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption.

We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or improvements.

MotorIQ.ai Ltd is not liable for any loss, damage, repair cost, or financial outcome arising from decisions made based on information provided in our reports.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the report.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded under UK law.

All content, analysis methods, design, and data structures used in the service are the intellectual property of MotorIQ.ai Ltd.
